Hasan’s expertise is in the early design stages of our projects where his roles include exploring feasibility, design development, and bringing projects to planning. His ability to draft and present design ideas with a wide variety of media has led to his involvement on numerous capacity studies, bids, and competitions across the UK.

Hasan’s aptitude in understanding our clients’ specific needs and requirements within the Build-to-Rent sector has enabled him to successfully fulfil the role of Design Guardian for several key HTA projects. Hasan was a key member of the design team for Greenford Quay Block 7 and 8, key buildings in our build-to-rent masterplan in Ealing.

Hasan’s adaptability and skill as a designer, allowed him to contribute to the design and delivery of Wallis Road, the heritage retrofit of a plastics factory to serve as our new studio.
