Hussain joined HTA’s Edinburgh team in October 2017 as a Graphic Designer. He was awarded the prestigious D&AD New Blood award in 2013 for his work on the DO:25 App concept, which also won gold at the Game Changer Awards.
Prior to joining HTA, Hussain had worked as a digital and print designer for an award winning multi-disciplinary agency in Stirling. The role allowed Hussain to work in all aspects of design, from exhibition stands, web design, editorial and packaging.
His work is driven by making a strong visual impact by combining various styles and techniques as a way to follow an idea and in clarifying the content of each project.
Hussain graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in 2013 where he studied graphic design. Since graduating from university Hussain has work with some high profile brands which include, Highland Spring, Tesco, Morrisons and The Edinburgh Dungeon.
He has worked on High Level Drive, Joyce and Snells Estate, Studio Dundee and Winstanley and York Road. Hussain is responsible for creating public consultation boards and bid documents.
Hussain is currently involved in a number of sales and marketing projects and bids which include Strawberry Star and Crest Nicholson. His role is to ensure consistency throughout all the work produced in the Edinburgh office.
