Chai is a Senior Landscape Architect with over 8 years’ of international experience, spanning New Zealand, India, Singapore and the UK. Driven by a passion for creating high-quality, sustainable spaces where both people and nature are celebrated, she successfully manages diverse projects from concept to delivery.
Prior to HTA, Chai delivered major residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments globally, including The Singapore EDITION Hotel (Singapore), LODHA's New Cuffe Parade (Wadala, India), The Water gardens at Canberra (Singapore) and Toa Payoh Integrated Development (Singapore).
At HTA, Chai has been involved in the development of Stage 1-3 landscape proposals and planning applications for key clients, including the London Legacy Development Corporation, Medway Council and Urban & Civic. Alongside her project leadership, Chai is equally passionate about fostering a vibrant, collaborative team culture within HTA’s London Studio.
