Liam leads the strategic development and implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and is responsible for the development of protocols and procedures in accordance with industry standards. His role requires the management of BIM specialists and coordinators across multiple disciplines to improve project efficiency and provide consistency of outputs. He promotes best practice workflows, coordinates BIM related software training and has initiated consistent model and data audits.

Liam’s previous experience as a BIM and Digital Transformation Consultant gave him the opportunity to deliver projects of varying scales, with different disciplines. His experience and expertise in BIM consultation is embedded in our wider project and client teams.
