Since joining HTA in 2020 Luis has worked on a range of residential and mixed-use projects. These include affordable housing and build-to-rent schemes at masterplan and individual building scale.

Based in our London office, his skill spans concept stage and detailed design. His professional background includes design for the educational and residential sector.

Luis has been instrumental in the design and delivery of two of our most significant regeneration schemes, the First Development Site of the Aylesbury Estate, which introduces new homes around green courtyards as part of our wider masterplan for the 1960s housing estate.

At Kidbrooke Park Road, Luis is involved in the design and delivery of our net zero carbon neighbourhood for 400 social housing homes in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

Luis is currently delivering the detailed design packages for the Bermondsey Project, a mixed-use masterplan in the heart of Southwark that will provide 1600 homes and refurbish several historic industrial buildings such as the former Peek Freans Biscuit Factory.
