Michaela has recently joined HTA as an Assistant Planner.

Before HTA, Michaela worked for ceg as a Graduate Development Surveyor and was responsible for finding new sites for medium to large scale mixed-use and industrial developments and assisting with community engagement events and due diligence for site acquisition and sales.

Prior to that, she also worked for LDA Design as a Graduate Planning and EIA Consultant where she helped to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and prepare submission documents for planning applications for residential and mixed-use developments. At LDA Design, Michaela worked on social housing sites in Reading and assisted the EIA team on Waterbeach New Town East in Cambridge.

At HTA, Michaela is an assistant planner for social housing sites in Lewisham and she also assists the planning team at HTA on College Road and Aylesbury Estate Regeneration as well as conducting planning feasibility assessments.
