Monika Taylor
Senior Architectural Technologist

Monika is an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with a focus on the UK housing sector. She has worked on a range of residential schemes, as well as on bespoke high-end residential projects in Central London, for both the public and private sectors.

Monika’s experience ranges from small scale residential, to large scale regeneration developments, including tower blocks in London. She has over 22 years’ experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop our designs from the planning to the feasibility stages through to successful completion.

For six years, Monika worked closely with interior designers to develop luxury homes for private rent. She has experience in mixed-use projects and commercially focused developments, but always returns to her focus on, and interest in, residential design.

Monika’s skill means she can lead on package coordination, tender, construction drawings and the management of external consultants. She has experience developing packages for traditional builds and volumetric modular construction.
