Oli joined HTA after spending a year working on development sites, following the completion of his master’s degree in architecture. He brings a hands-on background in construction and a strong academic focus on sustainable urbanism, including research into the 15-minute city model.
He plays a key role in the design and delivery of affordable, people-focused housing across sectors such as estate regeneration and large-scale masterplans. Oli supports projects through most RIBA Workstages, contributing BIM coordination and architectural visualisation expertise to enhance communication. Passionate about inclusive, sustainable communities, he contributes to meaningful engagement events that strengthen social connection and placemaking. At HTA, Oli works on community-led regeneration strategies and focuses on delivering sustainable neighbourhoods with a strong sense of identity and long-term social value.
