Patrick is a Senior Associate within the HTA architecture team and has over 25 years’ experience working for architectural practices within the residential sector.
Patrick has run complex projects across all RIBA stages of work with clients ranging from private developers and housebuilders to Registered Providers and Local Authorities.
He believes in a collaborative approach to design and enjoys working with other designers, consultants, and clients from concept to completion.
He has in-depth technical knowledge of construction, a keen awareness of the financial constraints that inform architecture as well as a detailed knowledge of the planning process, building regulation and warranty provider requirements for high density, mixed tenure housing.
