Based in Manchester, Rachel is an integral member of the HTA Architecture Team. Her contributions have been instrumental in the successful delivery of numerous residential projects, showcasing her versatility across various project types, from private to social housing. She has fostered positive relationships with clients, consultants, and planning officers to ensure that projects are not only aesthetically pleasing but also sustainable, catering to the needs of both clients and end-users.
Specialising in the redevelopment of brownfield sites, Rachel has supported prominent clients such as Berkeley Group, Amro, DeVere, Greystar, and McAleer & Rushe. Her expertise in this area extends beyond architectural design, encompassing a keen understanding of community engagement and the broader social impact of regeneration projects.
Rachel’s commitment to engaging with local communities is evident through her involvement in initiatives like Make Space for Girls. By connecting with young girls at local schools, she has facilitated meaningful dialogues aimed at enhancing the accessibility, inclusivity, and safety of public spaces like parks.
