Rajiv joined HTA in 2006 as MIS Manager, responsible for HTA’s Management Information Systems.

He introduced the concept of Project Office to HTA as a centralised function to support and develop the project data and project management functions.

Rajiv is now Commercial Director to focus on his greatest strengths of commercial, finance, MI and legal.  He has substantial commercial experience in professional services, technology and consultancy environments for clients in both the private and public sectors and for both SME and large firms including Atkins plc., learning all the good from all the bad.

He has a detailed analytical, systematic and comprehensive approach, which builds a structured project management capability, which also helps achieve any plan, including annual Business Plans.

He has an MBA very early in his career from the US to fulfil his passion in business management.
