Rob Nicholas

As a planner, Rob has worked across a range of sectors including residential, commercial film studios, corporate industrial land, higher education, and mixed-use regeneration throughout London and the southeast. This has led to his broad range of skills, which span all aspects of the planning process.

Since joining HTA Design in 2022, his work has been focused on a detailed approach to site acquisition and the coordination of multi-disciplinary teams on complex applications.

Rob has acted as a strategic advisor for the delivery of complex estate regeneration projects, drawing on his experience of working on multi-phased hybrid planning applications.
