Sarah is a key member of the Practice team with over a decade of experience in office management. Overseeing daily operations, facilities, health & safety, and administration in Edinburgh.
Sarah is an active member of the People forum, Women’s, and Diversity and Inclusion groups, delivering and promoting HR and the Marketing teams’ vision for celebration months, name days, workshops, outreach, and social events throughout the year.
Driven by a passion for creating positive change, Sarah oversees the operational carbon footprint of HTA. Leading on HTA’s ISO14001 accreditation she works collaboratively across departments integrating sustainable initiatives, monitoring & reducing carbon emissions and setting ambitious targets to become Net Zero.
In 2024, Sarah co-ordinated HTA’s efforts to become a B Corp. This successful work has enabled us to join a global movement of businesses meeting high standards across social and environmental impacts. To do this, Sarah brought together a core team of individuals from across the practice, steering the team through the rigorous assessment process. She will lead our ongoing work on B-Corp into the future.
