Segolene is key to the design of the shared spaces in our build-to-rent projects across the UK. These range from small to large scale developments. The range of spaces Segolene has designed include, reception lobbies, versatile co-working areas, elevated private dining rooms, fully equipped gyms, and residents’ lounges.

Working closely with clients from inception to completion, Segolene ensures each amenity space promotes resident interaction, fostering a genuine sense of community within the development.

With a strong commitment to sustainability, she integrates environmentally conscious practices and materials into her designs.

As team lead, she also encourages colleagues to seek inspiration for their work, by attending industry events, exploring materials in person, and visiting exemplary projects.
