

Shiny is a Senior Graphic Designer with over a decade of experience creating compelling visual communications for the built environment. Since joining HTA in 2021, she has specialised in information design, wayfinding and community-focused graphic design, helping to shape places through clear, engaging and accessible visual storytelling.
Her expertise lies in transforming complex information into visually exciting formats that are intuitive and inclusive, ensuring content can be understood by diverse audiences. Skilled in brand development, publication design and interpretation graphics, Shiny has brought creativity and precision to projects that range from place identity and wayfinding strategies to community art and engagement initiatives. Her work is characterised by a collaborative approach that responds to the needs of residents, clients and stakeholders alike.
At HTA, Shiny has contributed to projects including the Chatham Town Centre Wayfinding Strategy and the Crystal Palace Wayfinding and Interpretation Strategy. For this project Shiny designed mapping, signage and interpretation panels to improve visitor experience across a significant Grade II listed park. Skilled in working with local communities Shiny has also led creative engagement projects including the Women of Battersea installation at Winstanley and York Road Estates, charting local heritage by celebrating the contribution made by local women throughout history. Shiny also has a specialism in community engagement which she has used to guide the design of community spaces for Priory Court in Waltham Forest and Friary Park in Acton.
