Simon has a wealth of technical experience, on big and small projects, from initial to detail stages and in design and construction. His skill set makes him well suited to managing the multiple streams of delivery projects.

It is technical knowledge that enables Simon to perform his role as technical lead, advising on technical constraints and supporting teams with solutions to particular problems.

Simon’s Technical skill is kept fresh by his designer maker practice, focused on CAD-CAM woodwork. His design workshop has produced a range of solutions from furniture to an eco-home houseboat. Experience is bought back into the fold of architecture, with a dialogue for deep understanding of sustainability, materiality, detailing and how people relate to and live in small spaces.

Simon hopes to bring craft back to architecture with long term plans to get designers reacquainted with hands on construction.
