Steven is an experienced and capable member of our pre-planning projects team covering urban and sub-urban developments across the UK.

With significant experience leading masterplans, and delivering a mix of private for sale, build to rent, and affordable housing schemes to planning, Steven has a clear vision and extensive knowledge of how to design and shape successful planning proposals.

He typically leads multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and contractors on large-scale residential and mixed-use projects within the private and public sector.

Steven brings valuable commercial awareness to early-stage conceptual design, working with clients to evolve the brief, maximise development value and steer the development through to gain successful planning permission.
