Zach is a key part of the team delivering our tall volumetric buildings located in urban centres. These projects incorporate mixed-use elements alongside affordable homes, build-to-rent, co-living, and student housing.

His experience within our volumetric team helps to unlock the value of constrained sites. For example, Zach assisted the team who achieved planning consent on, and then delivered, the UK’s first large-scale, purpose-built shared living scheme, College Road.

Zach typically delivers work within multidisciplinary teams across pre-planning and planning stage projects, creating homes that enhance the quality and commercial value of urban sites through great design and the increasing scalability of modular construction.
