Sara has a keen interest in cultural heritage and places the unique characteristics of each place at the heart of her design practice.
Her experience ranges from community-led meanwhile landscapes to large-scale urban estate regeneration, working closely with HTA’s multi-disciplinary teams.
Sara has significant experience of community engagement and co-design. She uses this valuable knowledge to shape projects which are deeply rooted in local community and identity. Sara is passionate about the role creative exploration plays in the Pre-Planning stages of a project and how this can be achieved by combining new technologies with traditional hand-drawn techniques.
Most recently, Sarah has been involved with the ‘Connected Canterbury: Unlocking the Tales of England’ project, leading on the delivery of a city-wide programme of landscape and public realm improvements with a strong focus on restoring the legibility of key heritage assets, enhancing landscape and biodiversity, and rejuvenating public spaces.
