Alasdair is part of the technical delivery team within HTA, which forms the link between concept, innovation, and realisation for building projects. He has a strong understanding of buildability, functionality, and performance, taking materials, production techniques and sustainability into consideration.

He has delivered residential developments and mixed used schemes for multiple projects, varying in scale and complexity ranging from public and private sector and including build to rent and co-living developments.

He demonstrates effective problem-solving skills using his knowledge and understanding of common construction methods along with modern methods for example modular construction.

Alasdair’s strengths lie in his attention to quality and technical detail. He has in-depth understanding and application of UK residential design standards, building regulations and statutory requirements with evidence of their application.
