Maribel is responsible for leading the design of urban residential developments through all stages. She is enthusiastic about design excellence and aims for quality, beauty, and joy to be central to what we build. Maribel brings valuable commercial awareness to early-stage conceptual design; working with clients to transform a brief, taking it through to planning and maximising development value. She contributes commercial experience and expertise in delivery, managing programmes coupled with best value.
Maribel typically leads multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and contractors on large-scale residential and mixed-use projects within the private and public sector. She combines this with experience in student housing, co-living and the build to rent sectors.
Maribel is an advocate for diversity and inclusion within the profession. She carries this ethos into her public speaking engagements and contributions to trade journals. She collaborates with universities as a visiting crit and she is also a judge for construction industry awards.
