Enclave: Acton, the tallest volumetric co-living tower in West London provides 462 studios and 1,500sqm of innovative amenity space. Designed by HTA and delivered by Tide, Vision Volumetric, and Outpost Management, it replaces the former Castle Pub. The pub's historic character informs the new design, re-integrated into the tower's base to celebrate heritage and activate the street. Its durable façade features warm glazed terracotta tiles, aluminum, and glass-reinforced concrete, with glazed bricks creating a distinctive architectural character.
