Stephanie is a generalist HR Manager and her remit is all encompassing and includes: recruitment, learning & development, talent management, change management, reward & recognition, employee engagement, employee relations, diversity & inclusion and health & wellbeing.

As HTA’s HR Manager Stephanie’s key role is to work with the practice Partners and fellow members of the Associate team to advise, develop, implement and support HTA’s people-focused activities and policies.

Prior to Stephanie's appointment to HTA, she spent 3 years working as HR Advisor for ANZ Bank, where she provided HR advice and support to c. 270 employees. Stephanie was awarded ANZ's Global HR Recognition Award in 2012 for significant achievements on key HR projects.

Prior to working at ANZ, Stephanie spent 14 years working for Creative Skillset, Sector Skills Council for the Creative Industries, where she began her career in HR in 2006. Stephanie was involved in shaping Skillsets strategic HR agenda, as well as being responsible for the development and day-to-day operational management of the HR department.

Stephanie was instrumental in assisting Creative Skillset in achieving Investors in People (IIP) accreditation, as well collaborating with colleagues to achieve diversity related awards. She has transferred this knowledge and experience to HTA, working with the business to successfully achieve IIP accreditation against a new revised Standard, and to roll out and champion a programme of diversity & inclusion related training and activities for staff.

Stephanie is very passionate about inclusion, employee care and wellbeing. She has recently trained as a Mental Health First Aider and is on hand to support staff when they may need it most. Stephanie has worked with colleagues to introduce a programme of wellbeing activities, which contributed to HTA achieving Commitment level award from The London Healthy Workplace Charter in 2017. Stephanie is dedicated to her role and to making HTA a great place to work.
