We are at the forefront of the design of purpose built, large scale build to rent housing with particular experience in the high density urban markets such as London Edinburgh and Manchester. Our journey began a decade ago with study trips to the US to understand the approach to design quality, layout efficiency and the value of shared amenities and have led to us being designers of some of the largest and most significant projects with this fast growing sector over the past few years.
