Belgrave and Grosvenor Planning Consent achieved

Our project in the Belgrave and Grosvenor estate within the South Norwood conservation area demonstrates that tall residential development within a highly constrained site is achievable. HTA were appointed by Brick by Brick to deliver 102 new homes across all workstages, from planning through to technical design and on-site delivery.

The project introduces 2 low rise apartment blocks alongside a new 17 storey tower. The scheme involves the retention of two existing residential towers, whilst renovations to the existing entrances provide cohesive site-wide improvements to security, wayfinding and place-making.

Extensive renovation to the existing landscape is proposed through the addition of new play space, community allotments and gardens.

Shared community space is provided at the base of the tower with aspects across improved gardens and landscape. The buildings are designed to include a range of private and affordable apartment types that provide dual aspect and highly efficient layouts.
