HTA are shortlisted for for Architectural Practice of the Year at the Building Awards 2022

We’re happy to announce that HTA has been shortlisted for Architectural Practice of the Year at the Building Awards 2022.

Our submission captured all aspects of our business, including our thought leadership around POE, Altered Estates 2, and our Bringing Nature home campaign, plus all of our recently completed sustainable and innovative schemes as well as our best initiatives as an employer with details on our equality and diversity strategy.

HTA has continued to innovate throughout the past two years, helping navigate the pandemic and emerge stronger and more optimistic than ever before. We intensified our response to the climate emergency by completing our plan for the practice to reach net zero and, more importantly, introducing carbon reduction design and post-occupancy evaluation for all current and future projects through close engagement with our clients.

We are dedicated to creating a supportive and healthy professional environment that nurtures talent, builds careers and fosters creativity, enjoyment, and satisfaction in our shared endeavour.

In addition, we have established a successful mode of hybrid working to suit the varying roles and differing needs of our 250 staff, helping us to improve productivity whilst ensuring we continue to thrive as a creative and collaborative practice.

We work hard to create great places and be a great place to work; therefore, receiving this shortlist from the Building Awards recognising that is fantastic.

Winners will be announced on the 1st of November – fingers crossed, and well done to all involved!
