HTA Planning Team has been shortlisted as a finalist for Planning Consultancy of the Year for the RTPI Awards
Our Planning team’s ethos is to create great places, and this same golden thread runs throughout the work which the planning team undertakes. The team are a diverse group of experts in design and specialise in residential-led regeneration and infill projects, augmented by research and thought leadership. They are known for going above and beyond to support clients and the communities and are thought leaders in many ground-breaking areas of planning and housing delivery. HTA Planning team have delivered the world’s largest modular tower as a planning consultant and currently working on some of the largest and most innovative estate regeneration infill schemes within and out of London. In addition, the team are expert in complex infill development, extensive scale regeneration and is driven to make a long-lasting contribution focused on social value in the design process.
The planning team believes there must be meaningful action on the climate emergency. This core value is integrated into their everyday work, where they advise on and encourage zero-carbon solutions, including modular construction and sustainable infill development. The team works alongside others to maximise environmental benefits through these methods, reporting on the most effective use of land or mix of services to ensure good urban health outcomes; or securing green spaces and biodiversity improvements.
We are beyond excited that the team’s hard work has been recognised, and fingers crossed for the award ceremony that will take place on the 30th of November in London.
