Monika has first joined HTA in February 2007 as a part II architectural assistant.

She studied at Poznan University of Technology in Poland where she gained her Diploma in Master of Architecture and Urban Planning.

At HTA she gained experience in all RIBA work stages from feasibility stage, through analysis, to planning and detailing of a range of different projects.

She has worked on bids for small and medium size sites as well as being involved in consultation for large scale estate regeneration projects.

She became a fully qualified architect in 2011 and since then she is responsible for the design and everyday management of projects as well as liaising with clients, consultants and authorities to coordinate the design process.

Through the years she assisted on a number of housing projects undertaken by HTA including: the development of the governmental project of 360 flats in Gibraltar, dense inner city Aylesbury Regeneration and Olympic Sailing Village in Osprey Quay.

Currently she works on a site stage of residential block of 56 units as well a planning application for a housing scheme in Merton.
