The Rex is a 212-home co-living development in Kingston upon Thames, located opposite Kingston Station. Transforming the former Greencoat House building through the retention and adaptation of its existing structure, the scheme brings new homes, shared amenity spaces and commercial uses to a prominent gateway site in Kingston town centre.
