HTA are working together with Hakwins Brown on the delivery of a mixed use scheme in the heart of Brentford on behalf of L&Q. A third of the site has been allocated to the creation of a new public plaza which will become the centrepiece and a destination square for the local community. A podium level landscape provides attractive amenity and play areas for residents.
