HTA, Panter Hudspith and Glenn Howells are working together on the delivery of a mixed use scheme in the heart of Woolwich on behalf of St. Modwen and Notting Hill Housing. At the centre of the aspirations for the Spray Street Quarter is a desire to open up the site to the public. Different layers of landscape will be merged to create a high quality public realm, focused around the heart of the site, the central square.
