The homes are distinguished by four block letters, each with an individual floor plan brochure, packaged together with a host brochure in an outer sleeve with fastening.

Working alongside the client, we created a distinctive brand and package of assets for this 1, 2 and 3 bedroom shared ownership development in Clapham North.
We commissioned local area photography to show the areas full potential and proximity to both Clapham Common and High Street and other local destinations.
The site will launch early 2015, with a pre-launch enquiry list already exceeding targets.
