David joined HTA in October 2017. He worked on the delivery of the construction packages for Rochester Riverside Block 1A and since then he has been fully occupied delivering Greenford Green modular blocks. 

For Greenford Green Blocks 5 and 4 and he focused on the coordination and delivery of the construction information. After these projects were completed, he started working on the next Block of the Master planning, Block 8, where he and the rest of the team have delivered a fully coordinated Tender package and now working towards Construction.

Prior to joining HTA, David worked for Peter Taylor Associates where he gained an extensive experience working in a wide range of residential and educational projects. Produced tender and construction drawings and managed the project up to completion stage ensuring that high quality standards were applied.
